NilfiskCFM A15 D XX ATEX Non-electrical Compressed Air Operated Vacuum Cleaner For ATEX Zone 1 Areas (no hose kit)

COMPRESSED AIR VACUUM: whenever electricity is unavailable or forbidden.

The A15 D XX ATEX is the smallest of the compressed air vacuum range. This model suitable for zones Gas 1-2 and Dust 21-22

It is equipped with Venturi system and activated by compressed air. It can be used to recover solid debris and liquid spills. The pneumatic system is free of moving parts guaranteeing total absence of wear and minimal maintenance.

With a smaller footprint, elegant profile (the Venturi system is concealed under the vacuum's lid) and minimal air consumption 980 litre/min, A15 is ideal whenever the air supply is limited and small quantities of debris need to be recovered.

This unit is stainless steel, with a 25 litre stainless steel bin fitted with castors. Thanks to its innovative release system (which turns into a practical handle) the container can be quickly removed and emptied. The bin can be fitted with an inlet and paper bag, for safe recovery and quick disposal.

Filtration is provided by the main bag filter fitted inside the filter chamber, with a total filtering surface of 7,000 cm?. Whenever absolute filtration is required, a HEPA filter is available. The unit is also equipped with a standard manual filter shaker. Pneumatic filter-shaker can be fitted upon request.

Please Note; This package doesn't include a hose kit. One can be selected depending on the specific requirements of the task it is to perform. The third photo is of Pn. Z7-24185 the ATEX 40mm accessory kit for cleaning floors and machinery.

When it comes to vacuuming combustible materials, both electric and pneumatic vacuums can be used as long as they are properly equipped.

Only electric vacuums can be certified as explosion-proof – meeting a strict set of industry standards.

Properly outfitted pneumatic vacuums are deemed “intrinsically safe” because there is no legal certification
for “explosion-proof” pneumatic vacuums.

It is important to note that our explosion-proof and intrinsically safe vacuums are specifically engineered to be used in hazardous environments – they’re not just “dressed-up” base models.
