NilfiskCFM Cyclone Pre-separator 100mm Fittings 460mm Lid For Fine Dusts

The NilfiskCFM 460mm cyclone pre-separator lid with 100mm fittings, is put on top of the separator drum between the vacuum cleaner unit and where the bulky, or fine particled debris, or product is being picked up from.

This prevents the vacuum cleaner filter proper, becoming clogged, because the main product is being deposited in here before it gets to the vacuum cleaner.

This cyclone head is specifically designed for fine dusts, to prevent them being sucked into the filters of the vacuum, blocking off airflow, and hence the suction.

It can be used on the 50 litre and 100 litre drums similar to that shown in the bottom picture. There is also a 560mm diameter pre-separator head too.

As can be see from the photos, it can be utilised on a skip for very large quantities of dust.
