They safely collect combustible dust in ‘Ex’ classified zones (IECEx and ATEX Z22 certified) Suitable for the safe collection and safe disposal of hazardous dust, with high-efficiency M-Class certified filter and a HEPA 14 filter with a 11,000cm² area

The 950W bypass brushless high-efficiency motor ensures a long lifetime (up to 10,000 
hours) of high durability, and continuous performance (on IECEx and ATEX models).

The IP65 motor-head in combination with a safe disposal system ensures safe management of hazardous dust, metal conductive dust (on IECEx and ATEX models).

NOTE:

EXA means a machine equipped with EXA inlet for the use of ATEX dedicated accessories

HC means it's a TYPE H category machine which has the following attributes:

  • M class primary filter
  • Hepa14 secondary filter upstream
  • A system to prevent the reverse flow at the start-up (blowing from the inlet instead of sucking)
  • Diffuser to disperse exhausted air and give an air speed < 1m/sec at 1m distance
  • Disposal system to collect the dust, secure a minimum dust dispersion and hermetic system for handling the collected powder (safe bag)
  • Air velocity inside the suction pipe > 20 m/s to avoid the dust remaining inside the suction hose
