Thanks for taking the time to leave a review of the GENUINE NILFISK product you bought.

I'm sorry you're not delighted with your purchase, that's such a shame. Our previous review for this product was 5 Star.

In the description, I refer to the GENUINE NILFISK product in the singular. Nothing says it's a pair of filters.

If we were going to sell multiples of an item, we might say "2 for the price of 1" or "two for the price of 1" or "2 for the price of one" Nothing refers to multiple filters, even the four filters that are there. They are there to show we have a few in stock.

The photo shows the back and front of the GENUINE NILFISK filter packaging. It shows the GENUINE NILFISK part number or SKU.

Products should not be bought on the photo alone, you have to read the description. We may say in the description, "it's a photo of a SIMILAR product and we'll update the photo at a later date"

There are almost 3,000 products on our website, and not all have an accurate photo. We're not alone doing this, we're a family run business who do repairs, we're not just trying to hook punters in with dodgy looking pictures.

I try to make the descriptions as detailed as possible, to ensure customers get the correct GENUINE NILFISK item they want from us.

Unfortunately, when customers buy from a mobile device, very few read the description, or download partslists etc. Fewer still read the T&Cs or read the returns policy even though we encourage them to do so along the buying journey.

I will adjust the description to make it more plain the price is for a single GENUINE NILFISK filter.

Thanks for your review! It's amazing the difference it makes changing these downstream HEPA filters, they really put back pressure on the machine when they're clogged!

We recommend replacing them each year in dusty situations, otherwise they can go for a couple of years.

• It helps to date them when they are replaced! Oh, and put a reminder in your phone!
