Nilfisk Coupe and Coupe Parquet and Coupe Neo 2 pole ON/OFF vacuum cleaner switch.

It's single pole with connections exactly as in the photograph.

As Part Number 22365700 the 2 pole ON/OFF vacuum cleaner switch for the Nilfisk GM200 GM300 GM400 vacuum cleaner and the Nilfisk King GM500 series vacuum, is now obsolete and unavailable. Use these switches.

It's not an official fix, but it's an affordable workaround. It's worked for us in the workshop for customers repairs.

HOWEVER, A lot of these switches look similar, but the pin position and configuration are different as is the switch action depression distance. Thus some switches will not operate correctly, if they are used in incorrect machines.

SAFETY WARNING! All electrical parts should ONLY be fitted by an electrically COMPETENT person.

As it's light, maximise the saving on postage and buy some of the related parts below, such as dustbags and the filters or a new floor tool.

At the moment standard postage within Australia, is capped at a maximum of $20!!

The Vacuum Doctor

Hi Peter, thanks for your review, we haven't had any difficulty fitting these in the workshop, however, when you realise the original switch for the GM200 was $25 when it was available, these may be a little different, however, they're a good workaround for an obsolete part!

Andy :)
