Thanks for your 4 Star Review it's most appreciated by us! We're glad to hear the vacuum performed well with its easy glide and excellent cord length.

You will find the cord holder is the hook on the back of the handle. Simply coil the cord from the machine to the plug, to allow tension and kinks to shake themselves out, and hang the coil on the hook.
