This is the grey adhesive label or decal, in the first photo, for what's called a "switch box"

It is placed on the Y shaped piece in the top centre of the the black cover on top of the GREY Nilfisk IVB5 Series Of Vacuum Cleaners and the Nilfisk IVB7 Series Of Vacuum Cleaners as seen in the second photo.

It is shown in the second photo, with the rotary knob on it, and the auto auxillary tool socket fitted to it, and it has the hose diameter setting for the audiable alarm, in the centre of this cover. It was SKU 302001921
