good but not what I thought

Thought it was a two piece wand for using the floor accessory. Was only one piece which makes it a bit too short to use properly for a person of average height. Will eventually order another wand to extend the reach to a more comfortable length but it took three months to receive the order.

The Vacuum Doctor

Hi JM,

Thanks for your review. In the product description it does say: "THE PRICE IS FOR EACH ONE." and although we ordered the part from Nilfisk in a very timely fashion, Nilfisk MISSED it on our order, so the item wasn't listed as on back-order, so it took a while for us to realise, this part had been overlooked.

Based on your review, I will amend this page to make it more clear, it is a single item, however, we find most people just skim read and don't take in what the item is.

The result, is a very wordy page, that seems it was written in a condescending manner to the readers intelligence.
