This is the usual round brush sold with the Electrolux Euroclean, now Nilfisk and Electrolux Panther GD930/S2 and the Electrolux UZ934 and Nilfisk GD934 Terrier/Cubit and Nilfisk HDS2000 commercial vacuum cleaner Etc.

Fold out the wings and push the bent tube or wand through the bristles to use as an upholstery tool. The photos should explain better.
