Description

Nilfisk and Tellus GAE and GA and GS vacuum cleaner motor rotary fan aluminium element SECONDHAND

Used in the Nilfisk and Tellus GA70 and the Nilfisk GS80 version of the Nilfisk and Tellus GM80 and Nilfisk GM90 and GS90 and the Nilfisk and Tellus GA71 GS81 and GM81 industrial vacuum cleaner which were discontinued in the 90s, these are the last few second-hand rotary fans I have left. However, I used a photo of the later HD fans PN. 21946400 to illustrate what they look like.

Built for the Nilfisk and Tellus GAD and GAE motor and the GSD Motors motors, they are of slightly lighter construction than the modified 21946400 fan I've used in the photo.

These fans were very, very, long-lasting indeed. THEY ARE SOLD EACH and two are needed in a set of fans

NO WARRANTY APPLIES It's up to the purchaser to decide if the risk is worthwhile, we certainly fit them into motors we repair!

SAFETY WARNING! All electrical parts should ONLY be fitted by an electrically COMPETENT person.

Service Note:

Clean the carbon out of the curved blades with a bottle brush in soapy water. If you haven't got a bottle brush, or a straw cleaning brush, you can use an artists brush (just make sure the artist doesn't know it's you!)

The blades sometimes break in half and the bottom fan might go through the top set of blades, taking them out!

If debris keeps on going upwards through the fans, say if a screw migrates up from the motor through all the fans, you can end up with what looks like “molten aluminium” under the diffuser on top of the motor!

When you have the fans dismantled, put them on the bench, and with the handle of a medium screwdriver, tap the tabs that secure the curved fan blades to tighten them up to each side of the fan plates.

There is a stationary intermediate fan as well, and also the fan top, however, we haven't been asked for these yet.

As they're light, maximise the saving on postage and buy some of the related parts below, such as dustbags and the filters or a new floor tool.

At the moment standard postage within Australia, is capped at a maximum of $25!
