Effortless Cleaning with Ergonomic Design

I used this particular vacuum cleaner when working in a hospital. It impressed me with its performance in handling large areas effortlessly. It pulls itself along and thus feels light in the hand. Its design, particularly the handle for tight corners, made the cleaning process easier. Compared to traditional models, its ergonomic build offered a comfortable experience throughout. Plus, its method of agitating the carpet with the spinning brushes ensured a thorough clean. Overall, it's a reliable choice for anyone looking for efficient and effective cleaning.

High Flyers Trampoline and Gymnastics

Hi, I am the one using the Vacuum cleaner so Emma has kindly asked me to write a review.I find the Vacuum cleaner wonderful on large spaced area's. I find it difficult when having to moved around equipment, in and out of tight spots. The handle often pops off and the machine constantly turns off. I also struggle with the hose part when doing hard to get corners, the main head is still turning and at times gets rather hot. I guess what I would have preferred was to have a demonstration on how to use the machine rather than looking at the paper guide. I did U tube, but again I found that not very helpful. Thank you Jacci Johnson

The Vacuum Doctor

Hi Jacci and Emma,

Thanks for your message with your observations.

Of course I'm disappointed to hear you're not 100% delighted.

But then again, I fix them, and I simply care about the machine and not cleaning with them!

Upright vacuums are always better in uncluttered areas.

This machine will happily pull itself along as it cleans large areas, whilst the operator supports the handle.

The way to use them is like mowing a lawn, down the length and back up. Not the pushing it forward and back like the old "Hoover" ads.

Backpack vacuums and barrel vacuums are more suitable for vacuuming around objects.

If the handle is coming out, it's because the lock isn't correctly positioned.

When coming to vacuum edges, lift the handle up, and allow the brush to lift on the beater part.

You'll se the light come on. Once the light goes off and the upright part is in the vertical position, the brush will be clear of the carpet and you can vacuum architraves, and in the corners and edges of the carpets.

This is taking time to clean, not just head down bum up and try to get it done as fast as possible. It keeps the machine in better condition and you more relaxed and perspiring less!

Unfortunately now, buyers simply want a product at the best price, they don't really care about the service and demonstration if they've to pay for it with a dearer product!

Customers googling a product I've just demo'd for them and telling me they can get if for $X less online, and can I match that, is just an insult when I'm paying rent and wages! I don't think Emma would like it if I came to the gym and watched a session and video'd it and went home and played it on the TV and copied the routine!

Emma had to wait a good long while for the vacuum, and she was very patient about it, much to my gratitude. Unfortunately, when it arrived Christmas had begun and we were away on leave for 3 weeks, hence I was unable to go through it with her.

We were hugely busy with emails and messages whilst we were away, and although we've been home almost a month we've just about caught up.

I was going to call into the gym and see how the machine is going, and now I have your message, I think I have to before Emma goes on leave herself, unless she has already!

I will see you soon though! Thanks for your forthright comments, they enable me to help you!

Andy :)
