Thanks for your 1 Star Review we're most disappointed by that. That last ever part now has probably been wasted.

You got the belt you saw, because I LISTED IT, I PHOTOGRAPHED IT, I PICKED IT, and my wife packed it and sent it.

Maybe if you'd got back to me with a photo of what you got, and why you think it's wrong we could have gone somewhere.

Did you check the part from the partslist that is on our website?

Or did you simply go with what you saw on the webpage on your phone? Or the brief description in the search results?

When you're buying something online and it has to come from across the Globe, you need to take very great care, remember "caveat emptor" which is a noun, and means "..the principle that the buyer alone is responsible for checking the quality and suitability of goods before a purchase is made."
