In the wine industry it’s very common to wash the machinery down and clean the floors with hot water high pressure washers.

After carrying out this task the best way to keep the viticulture environment clean and dry is by using a FDA rated Winery vacuum cleaner, specifically designed for the recovery of liquids.

This model is equipped with the ejection kit for the easy and fast disposal of
the collected liquids.

The high quality 304 stainless steel construction, allows this Winery Vacuum to recover even acidic or Low PH liquids.

The design has a mechanical float system for automatic shut-off, and improved airflow performance.

The hose kit included, is called an Alimentary Accessory Kit and includes a 50mm stainless steel hose connector, a 5m FDA rubber hose, stainless steel handgrip (wand) a 400mm wide stainless steel floor nozzle for liquids and a stainless steel connection joint, an FDA silicone cone and an Alimentary discharge kit.

By using the diverting valve, the vacuum action can be reversed into a blowing one, enabling the recovered liquid to be rapidly evacuated from the machine.
