Thanks for review, we only sell these high quality pistol grips, to ensure our customers get the trouble free, quality experience they deserve, we've sold almost 200 of them and only had one issue, which may prove to be the "O" ring on the existing G2 or G3 or G4 lance, the client had.

5284 rubber washer o ring missing, unit was not operational I was told by the person that fitted it is.an aircraft engineer

Thanks for your follow up, Daryl, your description is a bit hard to understand.

What I think you meant, is the person who helped you fit the pistol grip, spray gun, said there was an “O” ring missing.

That “O” ring is not supplied with the gun, that “O” ring is part of the hose.

Thanks for your review, it's very much appreciated, by us and we hope, by our customers, they want to be confident that in making the decision to buy a G5 160Bar pressure washer spray gun, pistol grip, with a brass valve, it's going to be a lot better than the original pistol grip they got with their initial purchase that had a mere plastic valve!
