This Nilfisk-ALTO KEW Series of 0840H/HA 1640H/HA 1840H/HA 3840H/HA Master Energy and Force are hot water pressure cleaner with mainly 3 phase electrical input and occasionally, single phase electric input. The machines have a modern wheelbarrow horizontal trolley design with a couple of fixed handles, and auto stop/start function.

These are probably the forerunner of the Neptune series.  Professional accessory concept with all nozzles.
