38mm PVC GVAC hose cuff. Screws on the 48mm O/D and 38mm I/D GVAC hose Pn. GARHG38 used on carpet extraction machines.

They're for connecting the scrub-vac or drag wands to the GVAC hose, or to connect the GVAC hose to the container.
