This is the very popular West German made, Wessel commercial vacuum cleaner combination floor tool to suit both hard floor and carpet, it will suit 90% of all good quality commercial vacuum cleaners using 32mm wands (tubes).
32mm refers to the internal diameter of the neck, thus the external diameter of the tubes.
It's usually the original nozzle fitted to many quality commercial vacuum cleaners and backpack vacuum cleaners from new.
Please don't confuse this with the myriad of cheap Chinese combination floor tools that will break at the drop of a hat!
