Response to our request was prompt, efficient, product not the best

The first use of the new hose and our cleaner had the hose seperate from the fitting at the machine end. Re-attached and so far no further issues

The Vacuum Doctor

Hi Glen,

Thanks for leaving a review, and while I'm pleased you were happy with our service, the comments about the hose were not typical of the product. Each and every other of those hoses, has been perfect, and we've sold hundreds of them.

The only thing I can think of that's happened, is either us, or Nilfisk, has been demonstrating the fitment of the hose, and forgot to make it good, or we borrowed a part from it, and didn't replace it on the hose correctly.

We apologise that everything wasn't as you expected, however, we wish to reassure others who may consider this product, we expect each customer, to be 100% delighted with the quality of this product.
